ABOUT ME
Sharvari Bhat is a Creative Producer based in New York City. She received a dual degree in Film & Television and Psychology from Boston University. Sharvari has produced 10 short films and her projects have been supported by Panavision, NY Women's Fund, From The Heart Productions, and The Film Collaborative. She is a recipient of the Arthur Krim Memorial Fellowship. Currently pursuing her MFA in Creative Producing from Columbia University’s School of Arts, Sharvari is determined to be a part of teams and organizations that tell stories of people and themes that haven’t been given their due spotlight.

This position reports directly to the Director of Film Production and Risk Management at Columbia University's School of Arts. Tasks include filing production forms, compiling production data, addressing film safety concerns on student productions, and assisting with documentation for film insurance policy & policy renewal.

This position reports directly to the Communications Manager at Columbia University's School of the Arts. Tasks include managing the digital marketing & physical promotion (posters) of events, conducting research on faculty updates, and drafting weekly promotional newsletters.

Production Intern, Geaux Network
This position reported to the CEO of Geaux Network and involved editing short marketing teasers on Adobe Premiere Pro to market the network’s music based show as well as assisting the development team in creating new audio programming.
